To use our services, you must register an account on our website and accept
the following terms and conditions:
Release of Liability
Go Green Go is an eco-friendly online ordering and food delivery service. We
resell food, but do not produce, package or alter its contents. You agree to
release Go Green Go from any and all liability that may result from your
food selection and purchase.
If you have any special dietary needs or allergies, it is your
responsibility to contact the restaurant directly and confirm which items
will suit your specific needs. Furthermore, it is your responsibility to
clearly state any special requirements in the "special instructions" textbox
provided during the checkout process on our website. If you do not take
these steps, then you release Go Green Go and its client restaurants from
any and all liability.
The contents of this website, including food descriptions and prices, may
change at any time and without notice.
Personal Information
To register for our service, you must provide a valid name, phone number,
email address, and billing address. If we cannot contact you or fulfill a
delivery order because of incorrect information supplied by you, no refund
or credit will be provided.
During checkout, you will be asked to provide a credit card or PayPal
account. By submitting that information, you agree that you are aurthorized
to use that credit card or PayPal account and release Go Green Go from any
and all damage that may arise from your unauthorized use.
Product Condition and Delivery Time
Go Green Go provides an eco-friendly delivery service by using bicycles and
motorized scooters. While we aim to find a smooth path to you, some
displacement of food may occur during delivery. No refunds or exchanges will
be provided for reasonable displacement caused by our eco-friendly vehicles.
If you are placing an order for delivery, actual delivery times will vary
based on the current workload at the restaurant, travel distance required,
vehicle used for delivery, number of pending deliveries, and weather
conditions. While we may provide an estimate for delivery time, you agree to
allow a reasonable amount of time for delivery based on all possible
conditions that may arise. Refunds or credits will only be provided for
service times that exceed a reasonable amount of time, and at the complete
discretion of Go Green Go management.
Refunds and Credits
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or our service, you must contact
Go Green Go within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery or pick-up time to
arrange for a replacement, refund, or credit. Any complaints reported after
the 24 hour period are not eligible for replacement, and any refund or
credit will only be issued at the complete discretion of Go Green Go
management.
No refund or credit will be provided for cancelled orders if the restaurant
has already started to prepare that order.
Modification to Terms and Conditions
Go Green Go reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions for use of
this website at any time and without notice. You may review the terms and
conditions at any time by clicking on the "Terms and Conditions" link on our
"About Us" page (www.gogreengo.biz/about.html) or during the registration
and login processes. These terms and conditions were last updated on
